Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the legal agreement between us and every player who registers an account on our platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
We operate under a licence issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority, Union of Comoros, licence number ALSI-202412004-FI1, through our operating entity Precise Interactive Inc. This agreement governs all use of our services, including gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account management. Where any section conflicts with applicable United Kingdom law, the relevant local provision takes precedence for UK-based players.
1. General information and legal agreement
We require every player to accept these terms before using our services. Continued use of our platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates we make.
We may revise these terms periodically to reflect regulatory changes, new features, or operational requirements. Updated terms take effect once published on our platform, and we encourage you to review this page regularly. If you disagree with a revision, your option is to stop using our services and close your account.
These terms apply equally to desktop, mobile, and app-based access. No separate agreement is required for alternative access methods.
2. Account opening and eligibility
All users must be at least 18 years old to register an account with us. One account per person is permitted, verified by matching identity, address, and payment details.
We ask that you provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended or closed. We reserve the right to decline registration applications at our discretion, particularly where a jurisdiction restricts online gambling services.
Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to use our platform. Responsibility for confirming local legality rests with the player.
3. KYC and identity verification
Account verification exists to confirm your identity and protect against fraud. We require supporting documentation before processing certain withdrawals or account changes.
Standard verification may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and confirmation of payment method ownership. We may request additional documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, not only at registration. Verification requests are a routine part of our compliance obligations and do not indicate suspicion of wrongdoing.
Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or account closure. Verified identity remains valid unless your personal details change.
4. Account security and password confidentiality
Your account security is your responsibility once login credentials are issued. We ask that you keep your password confidential and avoid sharing access with anyone else.
We recommend using a unique, strong password and enabling any additional security features we offer, such as two-factor authentication. Activity conducted under your login credentials is treated as authorised by you, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay decisions. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and secure your account.
We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.
5. Deposits and account funding
We require all deposits to be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method, and these are displayed within your account cashier. Deposited funds are typically available for play immediately, though processing times can vary by provider. We reserve the right to request proof of funds for larger transactions as part of our fraud prevention measures.
Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by your payment provider rather than by us directly.
6. Withdrawal procedures and verification
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and compliance checks. We process eligible withdrawal requests once all required documentation has been confirmed.
We pay withdrawals back to the original deposit method wherever possible, splitting across methods only when necessary. Processing times vary depending on payment provider and verification status, and we reserve the right to carry out additional checks before releasing larger payouts. Pending wagering requirements, unresolved bonus terms, or incomplete verification may delay withdrawal processing.
We do not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes, though we aim to process verified requests promptly.
7. Bonus rules and wagering requirements
Bonus terms are in place because promotional offers carry specific conditions attached to each campaign. We ask that you review individual bonus terms before opting in.
Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds, or combined bonus and deposit funds, must be wagered before withdrawal becomes possible. Game contribution percentages toward wagering vary by category, with table games and live dealer titles typically contributing less than slots. We reserve the right to void bonus winnings where terms have not been met, or where bonus abuse is identified.
- Bonus funds are non-transferable between accounts
- Maximum bet limits often apply while a bonus is active
- Unused bonus funds may expire after a stated period
8. Inactive and dormant accounts
Accounts with no login activity for an extended period are classified as dormant. We apply a dormancy fee or balance adjustment after the inactivity threshold stated in your account notifications.
We notify players by available contact methods before dormancy fees apply, giving an opportunity to log in and avoid deductions. Dormant account policies exist to cover the administrative cost of maintaining inactive accounts over time. Reactivating your account typically requires a simple login and, where necessary, updated verification.
Account balances remain the property of the player regardless of dormancy status, subject to applicable fees.
9. Game fairness and RNG systems
We want to be clear about how fairness is maintained across our game library. All games on our platform use certified random number generator technology supplied by licensed game providers.
RNG systems are tested and audited independently of our platform to confirm statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games operate under separate studio conditions with real dealers and physical equipment, offering a different but equally regulated form of fair play. We do not interfere with game outcomes, and payout percentages are determined by the game providers themselves.
Game rules, paytables, and RTP information are displayed within each individual game for player reference.
10. Prohibited conduct and fraudulent activity
We prohibit any activity intended to defraud, manipulate, or exploit our platform, its promotions, or other players. This includes, without limitation, the use of bots, collusion between accounts, bonus abuse schemes, and exploitation of software errors.
Multiple accounts held by a single individual are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being frozen pending investigation. We treat chargeback fraud, payment method misuse, and identity falsification as serious breaches of this agreement. Players found engaging in matched betting designed purely to extract bonus value through risk-free arbitrage may have bonus winnings voided. We actively monitor gameplay patterns, deposit behaviour, and account linkage data to detect suspicious activity across our player base.
Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, we reserve the right to void winnings, withhold funds pending investigation, suspend account access, and report findings to relevant authorities. Repeat offences or severe violations typically result in permanent account closure without prior warning. Players attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account restrictions through new accounts will have those accounts closed immediately upon detection.
- Use of unauthorised software, bots, or automated betting tools
- Exploitation of known software bugs or payout errors
- Collusion between linked or related accounts
- Providing false identity or payment information
11. Responsible gambling and self-exclusion
We provide tools to help you manage your gambling activity responsibly. Deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion options are available directly within your account settings.
Self-exclusion can be set for a defined period or indefinitely, during which account access and marketing communications are suspended. We ask that you take these tools seriously if gambling begins to affect your finances, relationships, or wellbeing. Reactivation after self-exclusion typically requires a cooling-off period and confirmation that you wish to resume play.
If gambling is becoming a concern, support is available through GamCare and other recognised organisations, referenced further at the end of this page.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
We ask that complaints be raised with our support team in the first instance, allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Most disputes are addressed within our standard response timeframes once relevant account details are reviewed.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to an alternative dispute resolution service associated with our licence, where applicable. We maintain records of complaint correspondence to support fair and consistent handling. Decisions reached through formal dispute resolution channels are treated as binding under the terms of that service.
We encourage players to attempt direct resolution before pursuing external escalation, as this is typically the fastest route to an outcome.
13. Intellectual property rights
All content on our platform, including graphics, software, trademarks, and game assets, remains the property of our company or our licensed content providers. Use of our platform does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our platform content without written permission is not permitted. Game software is licensed from third-party providers under agreements that protect their intellectual property alongside our own. Unauthorised use of our branding or platform materials may result in legal action.
Player-generated content, such as usernames, remains subject to our moderation policies and may be altered where inappropriate.
14. Anti-money laundering policy
Under our licensing obligations, we maintain a comprehensive anti-money laundering programme designed to detect, prevent, and report suspicious financial activity. This applies to every transaction processed through our platform, regardless of amount.
We monitor deposit and withdrawal patterns, source of funds, and account behaviour to identify activity inconsistent with expected player profiles. Enhanced due diligence applies to higher-value transactions, unusual funding patterns, or accounts flagged through automated monitoring systems. We require supporting documentation such as bank statements, proof of income, or source of wealth declarations where our compliance team deems it necessary. Players who decline to provide requested documentation may have withdrawals suspended indefinitely pending resolution.
Where suspicious activity is identified, we reserve the right to freeze associated funds, restrict account access, and report findings to the relevant financial intelligence authorities as required under our regulatory obligations. We do not disclose the specific triggers behind AML investigations, as doing so could undermine the effectiveness of our monitoring systems. Cooperation with verification requests remains the fastest path to resolving any AML-related account restriction.
15. Voluntary account closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team with a closure request. We process closure requests once any pending transactions or verification matters have been resolved.
Account balances at the time of closure are payable to verified payment methods, subject to standard withdrawal procedures. We retain certain account records for a period after closure in line with regulatory recordkeeping requirements, even though the account itself becomes inactive. Reopening a closed account generally requires fresh verification depending on how long the account has remained closed.
Voluntary closure differs from self-exclusion, and players wishing to address gambling concerns should use the self-exclusion tools described in Section 11 instead.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to our operating licence, issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority, Union of Comoros. Where United Kingdom consumer protection law applies to UK-resident players, those protections remain in force alongside this agreement.
Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12 before formal legal proceedings are considered. We aim to resolve disagreements fairly and in accordance with the regulatory framework under which we operate. Nothing in this section removes statutory rights available to consumers under UK law where applicable.
Continued use of our platform signifies ongoing acceptance of this governing law provision.
